Refund policy
Return window: You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. Wigs/hair that are washed, cut, colored, or styled are not eligible.
Non-returnable:
Custom/special orders (unless defective).
Used/damaged items.
Requests after 7 days of delivery.
How to start a return: Email lifei94769@gmail.com or WhatsApp +86 198 9866 5675 with your order number and photos. We’ll reply with instructions. Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or our error.
Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days after inspection to the original payment method; shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped incorrectly or item was faulty.
Cancellations: Allowed before shipment. After shipment, please follow the return process.
Damaged/missing items: Contact us within 3–5 days of delivery; we’ll replace or refund.
