Prices & payment: Prices are in USD and may change. Orders are confirmed when payment is completed via secure processors (e.g., PayPal). 

Shipping: We ship within stated timeframes; risk passes to the carrier and then to the buyer once shipped (see Shipping Policy). 

Returns: See our Refund & Return Policy. 

Use of products: Personal use only; no resale or rebranding without written consent. 

Intellectual property: All content on factorywigs.com (photos, logos, text, designs) belongs to Eleway Hair / Factory Wigs and may not be used without permission. 

Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order; we’re not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. 

Changes: We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
