Methods & carriers: We use international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS or local postal services based on destination. Options and costs appear at checkout. 

Estimated delivery

US, Canada, UK: about 5–10 business days after processing.

Other international destinations: about 7–20 business days (customs/local delivery dependent). 

Free shipping: Orders over $300 ship free worldwide; otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout. 

Customs & duties: Buyers are responsible for any applicable import taxes/duties. 

Tracking: A tracking number is provided when your order ships. 

Late/lost packages: If not delivered within 30 days after shipment, contact us; after investigation we’ll replace or refund. 

Address accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address at checkout; we aren’t responsible for loss due to incorrect addresses.
